All registration and trial fees paid to SCL60 are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-adjustable.

 

Fees are collected to cover:

Ground bookings

Staff and evaluator costs

Operational and logistical arrangements

 

 

No refunds will be issued for:

Non-selection in trials

Absence or late arrival

Personal inability to attend trials

Disqualification due to misconduct or rule violation

 

 

If SCL60 cancels a trial entirely due to unavoidable circumstances, refund or rescheduling decisions will be communicated officially via email.

Such decisions remain solely at the discretion of SCL60.
